I write and sing songs with piano and guitar. I have a physical disability that impacts my music making and an internal oppressor that wants me to shut up. Im in a process of working out how to do my thing in spite of these barriers and i want to support others doing the same.

I've worked with people involved in mental health services, and special educational needs young people. Singing our own honest songs is worth the struggle. I practice alexander technique and am learning to be more consciously embodied in my music making.

From time to time i make instruments. I also write poetry and fiction. I am about to start living in montreal and am excited about new projects and meeting new collaborators.
